See if you qualify for Free Counselling. Recovering from these experiences is very difficult! It often has far reaching results throughout many areas of your life. This can include nightmares, or other sleep issues, withdrawing from others or activities you used to enjoy, or constantly feeling fearful or on guard all the time, and never able to fully relax. I’d love to help you start healing and moving forward in your life again! Feel free to give me a call if you would like more information on how this works.
Some counselling fees are covered by Extended Health Care Plans. Please check with your service provider. You should inform them that I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). They’ll be able to advise you of the extent of your coverage. Please keep your receipts.
If not, you may be able to claim your counselling sessions under “Medical Expenses” on your income tax returns. Please check with your accountant.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid additional charges. Please call, text, or e-mail me in advance to reschedule.
I provide warm and effective counselling for individuals, families and couples.
Appointments are available Tuesday and Thursdays, including evenings in White Rock, and Saturdays in my Downtown Vancouver office.
